Jade Jackson

Personal Assistant at LifeSort

Jade has over a decade of experience supporting businesses, communities, and families, with a background that spans corporate, sporting, and creative industries. She has worked at Lord’s Cricket Ground and Kent County Cricket Club, liaising with professional sportsmen, international squads, and high-profile members, as well as supporting tech founders and corporate leaders running the largest Java community in Europe.

She has supported a wide variety of clients, including many who are neurodivergent, and specialises in creating systems and processes that reduce overwhelm, bring structure, and make daily life easier. Her experience spans diary and email management, events, travel coordination, community management, and project administration.

Clients value Jade’s ability to bring both calm and energy—she’s highly organised and proactive, yet warm, approachable, and quick to build trusted relationships. She thrives on juggling varied tasks, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, and finding ways to make life run more smoothly. In her free time, Jade enjoys family adventures with her husband, three children, and their dog by the Kent coast. She loves travel planning, walks on the beach, and watching her kids enjoy their varied hobbies.

Jade is excited to be working with LifeSort, where she can combine her professional expertise with her passion for helping people feel more supported and less overwhelmed.
