Alongside her clinical work, Jill is a trained public speaker, certified Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, and Life Coach. She works in close partnership with her clients, specialising in emotional wellbeing and lifestyle management, and helps them build practical, personalised steps to unlock inner resources and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Jill graduated from St. Loye’s School of Occupational Therapy in 1993. Her NHS career included diverse roles in both community and hospital-based mental health services, including general psychiatry, addictions, older adults, eating disorders, and child and adolescent care.

She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a member of the International Coach Federation, and an associate member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, adhering to its strict professional code of conduct.

Jill is also a regular speaker at professional events, corporate workshops, and seminars. Her practice blends the principles of Occupational Therapy with coaching and solution-focused approaches to deliver dynamic, client-centred care.
