Yes. Supporting neurodivergent employees falls under workplace inclusivity and reasonable adjustments. Many employers fund PA support as part of their commitment to retaining and enabling neurodivergent talent. We can provide invoices and documentation in whatever format your HR or finance team needs.

If you have a formal diagnosis or are seeking one, you may be eligible. We help our clients through the process as part of onboarding. The way it works is that you pay us directly and then claim the funding back from DWP once your application is approved. Our finance team helps set up the invoicing so your claims run smoothly. Book a discovery call and we’ll talk it through.
Our smallest package is 2 hours a week. Anything less doesn’t give us the time to really get going or make a substantial difference. Most clients start at around 3 hours and adjust from there. We work it out together on the discovery call.
Anything. Seriously. From chasing an invoice to ordering your groceries to sitting with you on a call while you tackle your tax return. If it’s something they can’t do, they’ll tell you. But you’d be surprised how rare that is. The whole point is that you stop carrying it all in your head.
That’s actually really common and it’s part of what the discovery call is for. Annabel will help you figure out where the biggest pressure points are. You don’t need a neat list before you start.
Probably because the support wasn’t set up around how your brain works. We match you with an ADHD-informed PA and build the whole framework around you, with OT guidance, regular check-ins, and backup from the team.

A Note From Our Founder

I’m neurodivergent myself – that’s exactly why LifeSort exists. When you find a PA who understands how your brain works without you having to explain it, that’s gold dust. The right support shouldn’t be this hard to find.
