Founder & Managing Director
(Helping Entrepreneurs & Families Stay Organised in Business & Life)

As a busy female founder juggling multiple ventures, I know that success isn’t just about working harder—it’s about working smarter. And sometimes that means admitting you can’t (and shouldn’t) do everything yourself.

I’ve spent over 24 years working across medical, legal, and education sectors – first as a VA myself, and now as a busy founder juggling multiple ventures. Having been on both sides gives me a unique perspective: I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed by someone else’s chaos, and I know what it’s like to desperately need help but not know how to ask for it properly.

This is what makes LifeSort different: I understand that for this to work, both the VA and the client need proper support. Too many businesses just throw VAs at problems without considering that your VA needs to understand your world, your pressures, and your way of thinking. When VAs are properly supported and truly understand their clients, magic happens. That’s why I built LifeSort—not just as another virtual assistance service, but as the support system I wish I’d had both as a VA trying to help overwhelmed clients, and as a founder drowning in my own to-do lists.

Here’s what I’ve figured out: the most successful people aren’t the ones who do everything—they’re the ones who know what to delegate and when.

Whether you’re a founder with big ideas, a parent managing family logistics, or someone whose brain works brilliantly on the big picture but struggles with the details, you shouldn’t have to choose between your creativity and your admin

I particularly love working with neurodivergent entrepreneurs and professionals. You know, those incredibly successful people who can revolutionise entire industries but forget to renew their car insurance? With the right systems and support, these brilliant minds can operate at their full potential without drowning in unfinished tasks.

The truth is, accepting help was my own game-changer. It’s what allows me to think outside the box, launch new ventures, and actually enjoy my weekends. LifeSort exists to offer that same freedom to others—so you can stop getting lost in the details and start achieving what you’re actually capable of.

Because life’s too short to spend it filing emails when you could be changing the world instead.
