Emma
Emma is a PA and Virtual Assistant who’s been self-employed since 2019, working with small business owners who need a bit of extra headspace.
She helps with the practical stuff: admin, social media, bookkeeping, recruitment, marketing and general business management. Clients tend to be busy and pulled in a few directions at once, so she’s used to picking up new systems, switching between priorities and working out what support actually helps.
A lot of what she does is about taking the things that feel overwhelming and making them manageable. She’s organised, resourceful and quite happy to just get on with it. If something needs doing, she’ll usually spot it.
She’s also spent the last four years working with neurodivergent clients and is used to adapting the way she works so things feel clearer and less pressured.
Away from work, Emma is a mum. She likes travelling, finding new places, spending time with her family and getting to the coast when she can. She also has a slightly unhealthy love of a good to-do list and an iced caramel latte.
